Focus

You will produce an artwork that presents a personal and meaningful response to your personal study brief investigations.  You will realise your intentions, making connections between visual and other information

You will explore and select appropriate resources, media, materials, techniques and processes, reviewing and refining ideas as work develops.

Assessment

You will be assessed on the following:

AO1 - analysis of the artists work

Evidence: written analysis of visual, technical, conceptual and contextual information.

AO2 - Exploration of media

Evidence: media trials exploring the application and combination of appropriate media.

AO3 - reflection on your work in progress

evidence: annotation of your media trials considering strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.

AO4 - a refined outcome

Tips

Consider how your artwork may answer or question your personal study brief topic

Keep it simple - do not try to over complicate your subject matter or composition

Consider both formal elements and design principles.
