  • Sixth Form applications for September 2020 are now open

    Published 17/01/20

In common with many schools, we use an online system for Sixth Form applications.  Students  are asked to create an account before completing their details.  As well as personal details, students will be asked about their predicted grades and the subjects they hope to study at A Level.   Parents’ and carers’ details are requested including an email address.  This means that we can communicate with students and parents and carers via email.  All communication will be sent this way.

We offer students who meet out entry requirements an interview in the spring term to discuss their options for post 16 education.

To find our more about the subjects on offer for 2020, have a look at the Course Booklet below.

Our year 7 and  8 students have been participating in Hour of Code as part of an International drive to recognise the importance of Computer Science and how to code.

The Hour of Code started as a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify "code", to show that anybody can learn the basics, and to broaden participation in the field of computer science. It has since become a worldwide effort to celebrate computer science, starting with 1-hour coding activities but expanding to all sorts of community efforts.
